• No Overloading- Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
•  An experienced driver and fuel are included.
• Please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver.
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Notify us in advance of any delays to avoid extra hourly charges for waiting.
• If you cannot use the service due to unexpected delays and notify us within 3 hours before landing, you will not incur any surcharge or be eligible for a full refund in case of cancellation.
• No Show Policy- If you are unreachable after 1 hour of waiting, it will be considered a ‘no show,’ and the driver will leave with no refund issued.
