• It is suggested that your port arrival time is from 6:00 am to 8:00 am.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to hotel policies
• If flying in/out of Manila, coordinate with your travel adviser to align flight schedules with your itinerary. We are not liable for expenses due to flight delays or cancellations.
• No refunds will be given if clients shorten their stay at the resort, hotel, or tour package.
