CANCELLATION POLICY

14 days before departure date = non-refundable
15-20 days prior to departure date = 45% of the amount will be refunded
21-30 days prior to departure date = 65% of the amount will be refunded
31 days prior to departure date = 100% of the amount will be refunded
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
No refunds will be given if clients shorten their stay at the resort, hotel, or tour package.
