• Prevent activities that can damage the marine life.
• Bring enough cash, some of the food establishments allow credit card but souvenirs and other merchandise accepts cash only.
• Bring your personal Medicine with a doctor’s prescription if needed for emergency purposes.

Cancelled due to bad weather
It is possible that activities will be suspended due to bad weather, and other unpredictable environmental conditions. We regret to notify you that there will be no refund for the actual transportation charges in such a case.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time; beyond that, terms and conditions will apply.
