Exclusions:

- Strictly no overloading is allowed. The number of passengers must not exceed the boat’s maximum capacity.
- All passengers must wear life vests at all times while onboard.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the trip.
- Please arrive at the port or designated pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Trips will proceed as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without refund.
- In the event of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, trips may be postponed or cancelled for safety.
- If cancelled due to weather, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Any damage to the boat or its equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the renter.
- Disorderly conduct, excessive drinking, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited during the trip.
- The captain reserves the right to end the trip early if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure, except in cases of approved emergencies or weather conditions.
