CAR RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

For Foreign Tourists:

Passport with an entry stamp (make sure your stay doesn’t exceed 90 days, including the rental period).

For Local Renters:

Proof of address (e.g., utility bill) or a company-issued ID.
A second valid government-issued ID.

For Everyone:

Age requirement: At least 21 years old (for vans and SUVs, the minimum age is 30).
Driver’s license: Must be valid and physical. If it's not in English, you’ll need an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a certified translation.
Full payment for the rental.
A security deposit of 1,000-2,000 pesos.

Important Note: All documents must be provided on the rental day. If anything is missing, your booking will be canceled. In some cases, an additional ID may be requested for added security.

CAN I HAVE THE CAR DELIVERED TO MY LOCATION?

Yes, we offer car delivery to your location. Delivery within Dumaguete is free of charge, but for areas outside Dumaguete, such as Valencia, Dauin, and Sibulan, a delivery fee of ₱500 applies. The fee may vary based on your specific location, so feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.
We can deliver to locations like airports, hotels, or any other specified area. Just let us know where you'd like the car delivered, and we’ll make the arrangements.
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend giving us at least 24 hours' notice. However, shorter notice periods may be possible depending on availability.

ARE FOREIGN DRIVERS PERMITTED TO DRIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES?

Yes, foreign drivers are allowed to drive in the Philippines, provided they have a valid driver’s license from their home country.
If the license is not in English, an official translation or an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
Foreign drivers can drive for up to 90 days on a tourist visa, after which they must apply for a Philippine driver’s license if they plan to stay longer.
The minimum age to drive is generally 21.

CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are for a 24-hour rental; any excess beyond 5 hours will incur a full-day charge.
Vehicle delivery is subject to location and driver availability, with delivery fees applicable based on the location.
Full payment is required at booking, along with a security deposit upon vehicle pickup.
Fuel Policy: Cars are rented with a full tank and must be returned full; refueling charges will apply if not.
Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, as per the terms of the agreement.
