INCLUSIONS

VEHICLE CAPACITY

Van Seating Capacity: The van is equipped to seat up to 11 passengers.
If you will be bringing luggage, the maximum seating capacity is reduced to 8 passengers and the van can accommodate up to 6 pieces of 26-inch luggage.
For bookings with luggage, ensure that the total number of passengers does not exceed 8 to allow adequate space for safe and secure transportation of your belongings.
Please provide details of your luggage requirements at the time of booking to help us ensure appropriate arrangements.
If you need to transport more passengers without luggage, please inform us in advance to verify availability and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Strictly no overloading is allowed. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
Please be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
For airport and seaport arrivals, our driver will meet you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
If you’re unable to find your driver, feel free to contact our hotline for immediate assistance.
Unreachable guests will be considered a no-show after 1 hour of waiting. In such cases, the driver will leave and no refund will be provided.
Flight delays must be reported ahead of time to avoid additional hourly waiting charges.
In the case of unforeseen delays, if you notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled landing, no surcharge will be applied. Cancellations under these circumstances will be eligible for a full refund.
Extended stopovers during out-of-town trips will be subject to an extra charge per hour.
Drop-Offs- Rates do not cover side trips.
